We specialize in turning a run down house into a ready to rent or flip in a quality timely manner. Electrical, dry-wall repair, painting, carpet, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, fencing, basically anything that deals with the house and property. We are also experienced in property management, making it easy and convienent for both the owner and rentor.
We added 1,000 sq feet to a house converting the master room into the master bath and walk in closet, adding 400 sq ft for new master suite, and a 600 sq ft living room. Custom wood ceiling, shower enclosure, claw foot tub, river rock fireplace, granite counter top are some of the additions.
Added a seperate garage to match the house.
